Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry of the First Cumberland Presbyterian Church is a part of the worldwide church fulfilling the Great Commission - “To go into all the world”.

Our PURPOSE - To accept and share the love and joy of Jesus Christ through the ministry of the women in the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, as we pray, study God’s Word, and reaches out through mission, service , encouragement and fellowship.

Our MISSION STATEMENT - We are women of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church committed to the ministries of prayer, study, service and fellowship.

All women in the Church are considered members of the CPWM, even if not a member of a Circle. Each circle meets monthly at the church or in the home of members. The theme for this year is “Show Me Your Ways”, based on the Scripture- Psalm 25: 4-5

CIRCLE MEETING TIMES:
Love Joy Circle meets the second Monday of each month at 10:00 AM.
Sonshine Circle meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.
Soul Sisters Circle meets the second Monday of each month at 6:30 PM.
