Solos & Ensembles

Our congregation is blessed with a number of talented vocalists and instrumentalists who provide special music for our worship services. Two of those individuals who frequently play for us, Christy Huddleston and Carroll Gotcher, are pictured below. We always enjoy hearing Carroll play one of his euphonium arrangements, and it is a very special treat when he breaks out his bagpipes! Likewise, it is a thrill to hear handbell solos performed by our very own handbell expert, Christy Huddleston. Not only is it beautiful to hear, but it is also amazing to watch one person play so many bells by herself.

We occasionally reach outside our church and invite area vocalists and instrumentalists to provide special music for us. With the fine Music Department of Tennessee Tech just a mile away, there are endless possibilities for student and faculty performances. We also enjoy playing host to special groups from time to time, such as the Trumpet and Flute ensembles.
