Sandra Robbins

Sandra is a native of Jamestown, TN where she began piano studies at the age of eight. She attended York Institute High School and, upon graduation, was awarded a music scholarship to Tennessee Technological University (TTU) in Cookeville, Tennessee. Her college studies earned her a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education with emphasis in piano from TTU (1987), a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from Baylor University in Waco, TX (1991) and a Master of Business Administration degree from TTU (2003).

Sandra has held positions as a music instructor in public and private sector school systems, has worked in the business community and continues to provide private piano instruction to a number of students. Her current activities at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church include her work as Office Administrator as well as serving as accompanist for the Sanctuary Choir, Sunday worship services and Wednesday evening’s Dunamis services.

Sandra has served as accompanist for the Sanctuary Choir and Sunday morning worship services since 2003 and began playing for the Dunamis services 2010. Her role as Office Administrator began in March of 2009. She enjoys working with the clergy, staff and parishioners of the church. Her job responsibilities require use of all the skills she has garnered over the years, making her position a rewarding one.
