Rev. Caleb Norris
Caleb Norris has served as the Director of Youth and Children’s Ministries since April 2020. He was ordained and installed as the Associate Pastor of Youth and Children in January 2021.
Caleb was born and raised in Winchester, Tennessee, where he attended the Harmony C.P. and Winchester C.P. churches. Upon graduation from U.T. Chattanooga with a B.S. in Business Management, Caleb became a candidate for ministry and began pursuit of a Master’s Degree at Memphis Theological Seminary. He completed his seminary education received his M.Div in December of 2020, and previously served as youth director for the Olivet C.P. church in Savannah.
He and his wife, Sophie Norris, have been married since January 2021. Sophie is a registered nurse in the O.R. at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Caleb and Sophie enjoy camping, hiking, and jogging, and Caleb is an avid fisherman.
Sandra currently serves as Office Administrator, Pianist, and Music Director for the church, careers she very much enjoys.
She holds an MBA from Tennessee Technological University and a Master of Piano Performance degree from Baylor University.
She is originally from Jamestown, TN and has been a resident of Cookeville for 22 years. Among her hobbies are reading and quilting.
Judith currently serves as the worship organist at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She has a Bachelor of Music in music education from Michigan State University, and the Master of Music and PhD in music education from The University of Kentucky. She is an Associate Professor of Music Education at Tennessee Tech where her teaching concentrations are music teacher education, early childhood and special education, and special learners in the music classroom.
A native of Detroit, she came to Cookeville to join the faculty at TTU in 2007. She dabbles in other instruments, such as harp, guitar, and ukulele. Her hobbies are running, knitting, and sewing.
